They are seeing if you are single so that they can ask you out later or continue to flirt. Or they are wondering if you are dissatisifed with your relationship and that is why you flirt so much.

Don't worry they just playing with you Thats how they're in my job too. Especially cause I'm the youngest in my work. But don't worry.

Confront them. When they ask, say:"Why do you ask?" they will either give you an answer, change the subject or just walk away. Works for me.:)
