Can`t help noticing there are a fair few Teddy Bears who can`t use reply to questions in lower case. Is this because they are too thick/stupid to work out how to turn off the CAPS LOCk control?

As a follower of the famous Glasgow Rangers I can assure you we know what Cap Locks are for. I use mine to stop my Buckies spilling out of the bottle when I put it in the fridge.
