Best P2P for DSL!!!!???!?!?!? NEED HELP?

have DSL connection and a Mcafee anti-virus and was wondering which P2p software could be best for me. I tried lime wire and that messed up my Windows XP computer. Thanks!

I like Ares very much... I also have Windows XP, and a DSL. I have Norton Antivirus though. But Ares hasn't messed up my computer at all.

shareaza is the best cuz it takes l;imeware,kazaa,bearshare,and morpheus into one application
