Depends on your budget.
Travel: by bus is cheap but slow, Standby airflights are cheap but unreliable, A road trip is best when two or more go along.
Maybe visit a museum. Local retreats make it seem like you are somewhere else = Mini vacation on a budget.
Eat out at a different location or genre that you have never had i.e. Sushi or German food.
Read a book. Passes time and increases vocabulary
Play games online. Learn a new one + play until you are good at it.
Redecorate your living space.
Meet new people at places you do not frequent. Like a coffee shop or bookstore on the other side of town.
Try to search for a better job. Maybe yours is great since you get 2 weeks off though.... cancel this one.

Take a trip to the Caribbeans. Either Bahamas or Bermuda and just veg out at the beach.

Locate a charity organization that's in need of volunteers. Work with the poor. Help kids with reading and math skills. See if your local soup kitchen needs help.

go to the lake . . camp . . barbeque . . boating . . I'd say swim but it's too cold right now . . maybe rent a canoe do some hiking and just relax.
