Your dog should have been vaccinated after 14wks for Distemper and after 16wks for Parvo. You didn't say how old you dog is now. I think now is a good time. As far as "booster" vaccines, common practice was annually. There is some controversy in the veterinary community as to this practice. Titer testing is the best way to know if your dog needs a "booster" vaccination. Annual vaccination was offered/recommended instead of titer testing as cost effective and safe. But now the risk associated with vaccinations is being reevaluated. There is some thinking that unnecessary vaccination may trigger hyper-immune responses leading to chronic allergies and other immune mediated diseases.
Sorry not to give you a simple answer but it is no longer a simple question. You should take the advise of a veterinarian you respect and trust.

A puppy needs to be vaccianted at 8-9 weeks, 12 - 14 weeks & 14 - 16 weeks for distemper/parvo/adenovirus-2/canine hepatitis ...then at 20 weeks or older for rabies.
Then one year from the date of the last vacciantion they need a booster...then they don't need any more vacciantions for 3 years.
It is no longer recommended by the AVMA/AAHA to give yearly vacciantions (with the exception of lepto for those dogs who may be at risk for this disease).
Also depending on exposure risk lepto, lymes, bordatella (kennel cough) & parainfluenza vaccines may not be necassary .
Coronavirus,adenovirus-1 and giardia vacciantions are NOT recommended for ANY dog.

Actually, my vet gave us an option of a 1 or 2 year rabies vaccine. But since I have to take her to the vet yearly for heartworm testing etc, I just do the 1 year.
Another vaccine she gets is the bordatella vaccine (really only required if they board or playcare or groom...) and it's every 6 months.

Depends on the shot. anywhere from 6 weeks to 5 years. Call and ask the vet who gave the shot. puppies normally get a set of 2 shots 6 weeks apart. but Rabies and some others shots are in a different class.

As a puppy there should be three sets of distemper then the last set he should be given the rabies vaccine. Then after one year he'll need his booster and given a three year rabies vaccine however the distemper will still need to be given every year.

Ask your vet. Different vaccine companies have different lengths of time for boosters. If you're in the UK you do not need rabies innoculations, obviously.

If you mean rabies... I know you get them one when they're puppies and it lasts a year... then after that year you take them back and they get one that lasts 3 years.
