It will probably need a new window regulator, but always check the fuses first.
In the meantime, like many others have said, use the switch and try and manually raise the window slowly by hand. If it won't move at all, the cable may be broken. If you can get the window up, use some clear packaging tape around the top of the window frame to hold it there.
I've changed several window regulators before and it's no fun. If you want to save some money and do it yourself, be sure and get a service manual first. Especially with new cars, it can be difficult to work them in and out of the door opening and the window glass often has to be unbolted from the mechanism first.
If it is only the motor and cable assembly, see if that can be removed separately while leaving the window and regulator in place. This works on some cars and consider yourself luck if that's your case.
Expect to pay around $75 for a motor/cable or $150 for an entire regulator assembly.

while hitting the button, try to pull it up to see if it didn't just get stuck of come off its track.
if no luck that way, then your other choice is to remove the door panel, manually push the window up and then using some channel locks (locking pliers), lock the glass in place. just clamp the pliers to the rail the glass slides on, right under the glass.
this will at least keep the window up, cold and weather out and allow you to drive to the dealership.
I have personally done this to many cars to allow it to get to a dealership.

if the window regulator cable is frayed or broken the window will have to be taken of the regulator and chocked up until a new regulator is fitted. if it is still under warrenty it should be covered and it wont cost u anything. take it to a dealer and get them to have a look at it.

You could try pulling it up yourself by messing with the door mechanisms, but I'd recommend going to a dealer. Chances are it won't cost too much, unless you have some wiring issues.
