Yesterday I felt dizzy throughout the entire day. Not "room spinning" dizzy, but a lightheadedness and whoozy type dizzy. I also had numbness and tingling in my lower lip. This is something that happens to me frequently. I have seen a neurologyst (two spots found on my brain) and I have had numbness (often) and tingling through my head and face, and sometimes limbs. I also get little electrical type shocks at times in different parts of my body. The neurologyst ruled out multipleschlerosis and said that I have had a mini stroke, but this has been going on for at least two full years now. I cannot see a doctor. I haven't insurance and am on workers comp, single parent. Can you shed some light on what it is that I may have? I am scared. Thank you!

I am in nursing school. I think the light headed might be coming from a lack of eating. Eat whenever you are hungry and don't skip a meal. I have no clue what the spots could be. The numbness could be coming from a lack of blood circulation to certain parts of your body. It can also cause a stroke or seizure so you ned to get it checked out or have someone old enough to call 911 with you at all times, just in case. hope this helps any.
