I have the following problem:
- I have lost interest in things I used to do, I dunno why, I mean I listen to it, I get a feeling of interest but then my mind just drifts off. Everytime I read or trying to concentrate my eyes go blurry and loose focus, I get distracted easily, everything I see there is always a flash or a connection to something I don't like or something traumatic. My mind is saying to do everything against what I WANNA DO, it speaks in my head and says things I don't like, I get anxious saying this is gonna happen, that is gonna happen and I get upset and when it presents me something horrible or what I don't like I cry but then I get really aggresive and wanna destroy it.
I feel so much better for a good few seconds when I am doing things I liked but then I loose focus so quickly, I feel no emotion, I get a sensation down my throat which is pretty much it, my stomach is inwards, I seem to take a pause of breathe, shoulders up, face muscles up and tense.....HELP ME!

I'm not a doctor but what your going through sounds a lot like depression. I personally am on antidepressant medication prescribed by my primary physician, and it's helped me to focus and enjoy life again. You might also consider seeing a counselor. This is also something I did some years ago and it is amazing the underlying factors that can have effects on you that you might not even realize. Try which ever you feel more comfortable with, but by all means, don't ignore it. Life's too short to feel that way. I wish I hadn't waited so long for such a simple solution.

wow i thought i was ****** up. first make a copy of your question and put it to music, and make a heavy metal song out of it you can be ritch. i like the part my stomach is inwards i seem to take a pause of breathe, shoulders up , face muscles up and tense..... help me too................. it sounds like it could be stress related i have similar problems my mind tells me to do everything i mean thought just run through my head like you would see a t.v. flashing different channels 100 miles an hour so i feel you. try to get some meds and get into a support group. and don't even depend on people that don't suffer from what you have in less they are trained to deal with mental ill people, i believe that people that are completely mentally healthy have no idea what its like to have these kind of feelings. they think the do but they have no idea, do you ever feel like you are suffocating , do crowds bother you. i think you have anxiety and you need some happy pills. good luck dude there's allot of us out there if your for real i can tell you you are very creative in your writing ability.

You definitely need to see a Dr. You are depressed. did something happen the last couple of weeks to upset you? Loose a loved one, a job, a friend anything major? You are also having anxiety, you will have to go to the Dr. so he can help you figure out what it is that set you off into a depressed state. It can last a couple of months or years but a Dr. has to tell you that and you must go on an antidepressant or anti anxiety or both. Please see a Dr. Take care Heather

No one can say for sure how you can fix this issue you are having, however if you are really committed, you should buy a product called "Personal Power" by Tony Robbins. This product has helped me and lots of my friends get over a mirid of issues. If you have tried couselors/ programs, and they have not gotten you over this, spend $300 and help yourself.
The only person that could help you is you. Don't ask other people for help find the answers within you. I know this sounds mean but it's true. Get the product, and pass the word to others (after you have fully gotten over your issues yourself).
God speed!

my friend, i read your problem entirely. i think you are not missing friends in life. it seems like you have lost your old friends. or if it is not so then i think you r lacking emotional support. your problems leads me to tell you that you are doing things without directions.
now the possible solution to get rid of this situation as i think can be try to develop interest in new games and new relations. some aerobics can also be helpful as well as meditation. for further queries you can mail me to my id. smartkey9@yahoo.co.in

sounds like you may have an anxiety disorder and a little depression going on. If you have a local crisis line, you can call it and tell them what you just told us and they can put you in contact with people in your area that can help you with those things. You aren't alone. Several thousands of people have things like this! Its treatable and you'll feel like your old self again, maybe even better!

I think you should probably increase your medication if you take or maybe you lost somebody that was important to you.
