Do you have a good diet? Do you take vitamins? Are you essentially healthy? Would be my first questions. If you feel your aswers are yes to these then...
If you hair is comming out in clumps or sections...see a doctor!!!!!
Otherwise, everyone looses hair. I have lost tons of hair and there is always an amount of it in the shower and in my hair brush yet I have insanely strong and thick hair. It is normal and natural to loose hair and it is your natural way of replenishing, but if you notice you are balding...yahoo answers is not the place you will find help. You need to have that looked into.

Hair loss is obvious. When you brush or comb your hair do you see it in the comb or brush? Does your hair seem to shed more than normal? There are a number of reasons for hair breaking/falling out. It could be diet, hormonal or damaged hair due to bad care, etc. Your solution could be in a doctor visit, improvement in eating habits or in something else. What are things that you have or have not done to your hair?

Take vitamin B-Complex & A. It should help. I posted a link from the Rachael Ray show where a doctor is telling a girl what to do about hair loss. Hope this helps!

We all lose hair daily, but if you hair is falling out in clumps, you need to see a doctor because you might have something else going on.
