I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am perfectly serious, so please, no stupid answers. I have always suffered from a sinus condition that makes me constantly have to blow my nose and take stuff out of there, if you know what I mean. Lately I am wondering if my nose has stretched out as a result of 4 decades of this behavior. It might be just me but it looks like it's gotten a little bigger lately. Does anyone know if this is possible?

No I don't think so. Your nose is cartilage and can not be streched out

I doubt if thats going to happen. Usually stuff that you want to change about your natural figure is not working. I wanted to streighten my nose and for that i would put a tape on top of my nose to hold it so in profile it look like it is straight. Never worked. Its your gentics so your nose structure and lenght is not going to change.

I believe so.
My nose used to have an upward bubble (if you will), and using your theory, I started to blow my nose down and in, rather than up and out (creating a bubble) and now my nose is straight.
