I'm 6'0", I weigh 195lbs, I have pretty big arms, since I used to work at a Deli, but I want to have abs and a tones body but I used to go to the gym all the time and not ever see results...I need a recommendation... I dieted with high protein and low fat-low carb... I don't know what to do anymore. I am now on hydroxycut hardcore but I want results fast...its a motivation thing...

some people aren't meant to get EXTREMELY ripped.

you need to find a sport man, something you can work at, train at, be motivated, at, work to improve at. I found MMA, lost a ton of weight, and look forward to going to the gym because it's good for my fight game....

also, eat SMALL portions, many times a day, like every two hours! I try to eat like fist sizes portions of food, every two hours, and lift weights like I'm insane EVERY day, try to go twice for about 20 minutes each time since it's all Ive got time for.

Don't go too low carb, you get carb depleted, and you'll feel it. You WILL lose all motivation. Get away from that hydroxycut, it will work at first but then once you stop, your body will need it and you'll gain weight.

so eat less, much more often, train every day, and find a sport. The pounds will melt off, but not everyone will get crazy ripped, some people aren't meant to.
