Just For girls: I am 36 years old (looking around 10 years younger), is it a problem if I date a girl that is?

23 years old? Would you do that? I mean beside the fact I lok younger, I act younger and they say I am kinda hot

Don't worry about what anyone else thinks. Nobody has live your life but you.
If you are happy then why would other people's thoughts matter?
You know that someone is gonna judge you no matter what you do. You cannot please everyone. So please yourself!
I have been in a relationship with a man 10 years younger. It is over now after two years. The age difference never was a problem.
It does seem that Society is more accepting of a younger girl with an older guy. That's my opinion.

I would, and I'm 38. But it's not about the age, it's about what you're looking for in a relationship. If you're just looking for a lot of fun and frolicking for a while then it's probably not much of a problem. If you're looking for an on the level partnership then you may want to think twice. I'm not saying, by any means, that a 23 year old girl is stupid or unintelligent. But 13 years can make a huge difference when it comes to priorities and maturity. For instance, you may find yourself, at times, being more of a mentor then a boy friend. You may find yourself, at times, trying to figure out why and how she can prioritize her life as she does. You may put your bills and responsibilities first when she puts going out and having a good time first. These things may not seem like a big deal to you, but as you start to fall for this girl and think of the future they may become huge road blocks.

Recently I dated a 22 year old and I had to call it off after a few months because I couldn't justify going on with it. Now I'm not saying your girl is a partier, but that is only one of the issues we had. She wanted to go out 5 nights a week and I wanted to stay home 5 nights a week. There were times where we'd argue over political issues. She's young and rebellious, I'm nearing 40 and realize that there are just some issues you must be conservative with. Money was the biggest issue of all. I believe that one should take care of all their monetary responsibilities before they even begin to think of having fun. Her on the other hand would go out and spend her money on a coach purse then complain about her cell phone being turned off. Don't get me wrong, the fun we had was awesome, I just couldn't deal with the maturity difference. Like my buddy Drew always says, "Just keep in mind that it is what it is."

You should NOT feel as if you have to lie about your age, it is what it is, and you are who you are, and each person has their pro's and con's at any age
