I bought a new computer and I want to install the Microsoft Office but when i try to do it, it says that "You have not entered a Valid Key" but the product key that i have is valid for sure. Does anyone knows how to do it?

If you're having problems with the key, you're not going anywhere. Are you sure you have the right key? If so, then you should return Office to wherever you bought it and get another one. Other than that, you could try calling Microsoft.

It can be due to 2 reasons

1)The CD is a PIRATED ONE!

2)The serial is very CASE SENSITIVE, type it in capitals
