BETTY BOOP: Before you go judging people's paths through life, you should probably study it 1st, that way you can make educated statements. Blessed Be, the real BB!

I'm here, too.

I just don't participate a lot.

I tend to ignore most of the questions because either:

They are just baiting

They are nonsensical

They are about something I'm not knowledgeable about

They are about something I'm not interested in

I'm a Neopagan Taoist. I really enjoy pagan holidays, although I've only cast a few actual spells in my time. Formally, anyway. I have a tendency to do spell-like things in my meditations.

I think it's a great spiritual path and very effective and useful for those who approach it with clarity and wisdom (ie not posers or power-mongers).

I'm here too. Technically I am a witch since I practice magic but witchcraft isn't the name of my religious neo-pagan path.

I am here.
To me, and I tell all of my students, and prospective coven members this, the Old Religion (some call it Witchcraft) is first and foremost a religion. A spell is a prayer, and rituals are religious ceremonies to praise, honor and worship The Lady and the Lord.

Pagan, with strong Wiccan influence here... =) I don't call my path "Witchcraft" but I do call myself "Witch".

I agree with Hazel, and one of the biggest frustrations that I have with the perception of my path (and paths like it) is that "it's all about the spells" - for me, it's about the spirituality, not the spellwork. It's about my personal relationship with the God and Goddess, not just the magic.

There are no witches. People who call themselves witches are just playing a silly game. It is not a religion. Why don't you people with child like minds find another place play. This page is for adults. Ooh I'm scared put a spell on me. BB

I am not a Witch but if the path you are on is an enlightening one , then it is of course a spiritual one

I'm here. There are many more as well. Personally, I'm getting sick of the same old same old on this board, so I don't post that often anymore. You can only hit your head against a brick wall so many times before you get a headache.

My sister in law is wiccan. That's all I know, and I believe she is probably in bed sleeping right now.
