Get a list of lean protein foods. Additionally, get a list of foods with low GI index carbohydrates. Now based on your preference and calorie targets, start prepping meals based on the lists. Make sure to spread your meals throughout the day, aim for at least 6 small meals. I am a big fan of MRP (meal replacement powders) like Met-rx or Myoplex. I have at least one per day that counts towards one of my small meals.
