Just a little stick when the needle is inserted; then just relax and think of how many lives you can save. There's really nothing to it. Just be sure to be well hydrated when you go so you won't get dizzy afterwards.

not much but u get light headded after cause they take a lot of blood but dont bail out it helps people

it doesnt hurt bad. just a pinch for a min thats it. it is worth it though.
