I guess they explain why or something and then if they have valid reasons the wedding ends and if they are just being buttheads then they get kicked out and the wedding goes on.....never seen it in real life so I don't know but I assume thats what would happen!

That would depend on the reason for objecting.
If your ex-husband walked in with proof that you were still married, the priest might decide not to continue the wedding.
But if your father said I object to my daughter marrying this butt head the priest would most likely continue with the ceremony.

Just don't invite anyone who would object and you don't have to worry. It depends on the situation, to answer your question. If one person is still married, the officiant couldn't legally complete the ceremony. If it's that parents don't approve, it probably depends on the officiant's beliefs. If someone had an affair, then you probably don't want to continue.

usually that only happens in the movies but if it does the person that "speaks" has to give the reason why the wedding should be called off....if the bride and groom dont care about what the "speaker" is saying then the wedding continues...... but if its like "I sleep with her 2 weeks ago" and the groom is like "you bi*ch" then you know the wedding is over.

I think you have the last say if you want to continue the wedding or not. I imagine that the "out spoken" party will be escorted out if the brid and groom choose to continue.

Honestly, I don't think priests say that anymore. I know he didn't at my wedding... if your worried just ask the priest to cut that out.

Ashlie I think couldn't have said it any better than myself. I have never seen it either, But can't imagine somebody letting a ceremony get that far? But who knows. Hopefully you won't have to go threw it.
