That is illogical, because as an atheist the person does not believe in any of the premises which point to a hell. That is an athiest says...
God does not exist, therefore neither does heaven or hell.
I am Christian, but I cannot force anyone to come to hold the same faith I do.

I haven't expressed a desire to go to hell, why? because hell doesn't exist in my beliefs. I will not place my afterlife somewhere I don't believe exists.

I don't know. I've never heard that. I don't believe in Hell or an eternal soul. When I die, I will decay into bones. That's good enough for me.

When I have read it on this site it is almost always sarcasm. We do not believe in hell, and when asked silly questions about heaven a lot of us will respond we would rather be in hell.

I have no desire to go to a place I don't believe exists. It seems rather pointless.
