Hello, I am having a problem, I am depressed, my eyes go blurry quickly, i mis read things and i loose concentration quickly, images rush into my mind, anything I see the mind connects it something related to it, I feel emotionally numb, I feel NOTHING, I am an emotional person who experiences all kinds of feelings and emotions and the only thing I seem to get is a sensation down my throat down my body. I get anxious, upset, anything that comes into my mind I don't like I get really violent in my head wanting to destroy it.

I feel hopless, I want to feel good again but it just won't let me

ok I have had that same problem you need to go to the nearest mental health center and talk to a doc then they will give you a prescription for a medication that will make you feel just like your old self again good luck

It's easy to fall in a depression and lose yourself. Be sure and adjust your hours to daytime, up at 6:30 and in to bed at 10:00. And no noise at night so you will sleep. When the alarm goes off get up bath and eat breakfast. If not employed leave the house and go read a paper. This will pass but you need to remain use-full to survive. Get a pet not an addiction to something. Good Luck

You need to see a psychiatrist, they can easily ask the right questions and find out what is really going on. They have good medicines now. Therapy will be recommended also and it is a good idea.
