Where does a stuffy/runny nose come from, and how do I get rid of it?

the best way i know are the over-the-countet nasal sprays to completely dry it out... they never fail. it's amazing.

when its cold, your inside nose starts to swell up, thats what causes the blocked nose.

just take lemsip and paracetimol. it comes under a viral infection colds, so you cant take anti biotics or anything. you just have to let nature take its course

lots of steam will help put a towel over your head and lean over a boil of steaming water
