The deepest freshwater lake in the UK is Loch Morar with a maximum depth of 309 metres (1014 feet)

The ice covering Antarctica is on average 2.5km thick so in a way that's the deepest fresh water.

There are some really big volcanoes in south america that have been filled with fresh water, not exactly sure where though, saw it on a Planet Earth (Attenborough) documentary.
