Our well water is turning everything orange.
Is this iron,sulphur or calcium?

We actually have a water softener,m charcoal filters under the house, filters in the bathtubs, nothing changes

probably iron. the iron will rust (oxidize) in the lines, making things turn a rusty color, which may appear orange.

It is most likely the iron. it doesnt appear that you have a massively high concentration of iron, you probably need to change a filter. Perhaps use a water softener as well.
