The Holy Spirit is just one of many who can be blasphemed. Look them up and learn something new.
Mark 3:28-30
Luke 12:10
Romans 2:24
1 Timothy 6:1
James 2:1-7
Revelation 13:5-6
Revelation 16:9
Revelation 16:10-11
Revelation 16:21
AND the verse that I am referring to as well
1 Timothy 1:13 - Paul said that he was "formerly a blasphemer" so he must have blasphemed other than the Holy Spirit-because there is no forgiveness for that.

Sorry, the 1 Timothy verse about Paul is not the one I am referring to in this question-I didn't mean to confuse. There is one other verse that talks about blaspheming the Word of God.

Yes, Queen, there are actually three verses that speak on a subject that specifically deals with women (more specifically wives) who, by not doing certain things, can blaspheme the Word. Seems like an answer worth finding, huh? Keep looking. It's in there. NASB uses "dishonor" but the other versions should use "blaspheme."

To blaspheme means to "speak evil of" something. Strong's Number: 987 Greek: blasphemeo. So it is absolutely possible to speak evil of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, or the Bible. People do it all of the time. The only one that is unforgiveable, according to Scripture is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. But wouldn't you want to avoid blaspheming the Word of God if you knew you were doing it?

You guys are still missing a verse. Keep looking. This one is SPECIFIC to women.

James P-the one that believes and obeys the Bible. How can you live by the Word if you don't know what it says? That seems to be a big problem in our society.

Titus 2:3-5 (NKJV)

the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things— that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

If the older women do not teach the young women to "to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands" then the word of God may be blasphemed. Also if the young women do not do these things that the older women teach them, the word of God will be blasphemed.

I stand corrected in terms of the holy spirit being blasphemed. But where is there a distinction in those scriptures you listed between men and women? God judges us all fairly, without consideration of our gender.

Please read Genesis to Revelations how men and woman should live. If you have a problem with a specific woman then talk to that person. We are all children of God and if you follow the Bible then you following God's guidelines

Uh, OK then.... As far as I can tell there is no gender differentiation in blasphemy. It simply the basics- use God's name in vain, question the existence of God, et al. Mind you *apostasy* is someone who has renounced their given religion, and *heresy* is going against the established dogma and rituals of the religious group in which you hold membership. Again, no gender differentiation in any of it.
