No, you can't. My "sources" are that I 've tickled all my dogs in the 59 years of my life and not one has died or had any other bad effects from it (except getting spoiled!) Like people who giggle from tickling until they "can't get their breath," some dogs get ecstatic when their bellies are rubbed or tickled -- but they won't hold their breath until they die. Biologically, they can't do that any more than you can LOL ! When they get out of breath, they breathe!

Mine all love to have their bellies rubbed. I don't know if that counts as tickling, but dogs all enjoy it and wouldn't let you do it if they couldn't breathe.

I dont think so because i do it to my dog all the time n he just moves his leg and then gets up n licks me..just try it with your dogs i dought it would die..
