Diet and exercise. Good news is that both work as well as the other. There was an article about this on Yahoo News on Friday, (link below) and it seems to be a trustworthy university study. Proved that there is no way to spot reduce fat, but it will come off with either diet, exercise, or both.

I'd say just lower your caloric intake and exercise. I've joined Curves and in 4 months I've only lost 7 lbs but I lost 3 inches around my waist and 4 inches around my belly and hips. I'm thrilled! I exercise 5 days a week for just 30 minutes. You can do it!
