I have read that a diet high in Omega 3 fatty acids is very helpful for arthritis. Here is a website that I have found to be very useful for dietary help with illness: www.drweil.com
Dr. Weil is a Harvard trained medical doctor who also believes in natural and holistic medicine. He tries to balance the two very sensibly. You should be able to type in arthritis in the search and find some good information.
Good luck.

It matters not. Eat whatever you like except for gouty arthritis.

Do some research on shark cartilage.
Then do some more research on methods used in obtaining shark cartilage. Ethically I can't recommend it, so see if there is a more ethically appealing source.
Good luck.

Fish oil with omega 3 will help keep your joints lubricated so it is not bone rubbing on bone in your joints.

By modifying the diet, joint pain can be controlled. Carrots, papayas, fish can help repair the joint tissue. I found information at http://aches.in/naturalcuresarthritis.html useful.
