I am disabled, and I have really bad arthretic knees and also have a really bad back. I need to lose body fat in my Abs and hips. I know the only way to lose it is through aerobic exercise. I am getting so frustrated and I need support more than ever. I do 200 situps a day and i have a hip and thigh master machine too. I can do those till the Cows come home, but unless I lose the body fat, It isnt going to look like I did those areas. Can anyone help me figure out what i am suppose to do. I am already watching my diet, with low calories and low fat. I am 51 years old, 5 Ft. and 145 pounds. I look my best at 125-130. I have had 2 back surgeries and they made the incisions through my abs, the same area i had my hystorectamy. So it is a very flabby area, that when i take my clothes off, i want to throw up. My husband wont touch me, and to be honest I dont want him to until I look and feel better about myself. Thanks for any help you can give me.
