Hey these are some great questions.
I encourage you to take these to your Pastor at church and ask them the same questions.
And just a suggestion, when you read the Bible, ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding of what is written. When you know Jesus personally, you can ask Him anything! So keep your head up and be encouraged because life isn't so linear sometimes, and understanding is a process we have to commit to work on.

If Jesus told someone not to spread the word that they were healed, it was for their own good. Perhaps they would have been accused of blasphemy or mocked, etc, it could have put them in danger.
On the matter of letting the evil spirits speak... Keep in mind that Jesus knew at all times who was around, who was listening. If He was around certain people and openly stated He was the Son of God, He could have been arrested and taken into custody. That couldn't happen until the time was right, when it was time for Him to go to the cross.
I'm sure Jesus did shout alot. People in the back of the large crowds He preached to wanted to hear him too!
Jesus drove the demons into the pigs, and they drowned themselves. The demons had begged Christ not to send them into the abyss, but to send them into the pigs instead.

I would suppose it all had to do with timing.

There were uncounted healings and the bible states that at least one time, Jesus healed all who were there.

One thing I know for sure, Jesus knew exactly when his crucifixion would be and when others were in search of him prematurely, he suddenly disappeared from the place that he was.

Telling someone to keep somthing hush hush because it is not yet time for others to know about is still very much done by us today.

The spirits were allowed to speak in the story of the swine, so not being able to speak in other instances would fall under the same catagory.

Gods way is not our way, and we only get more confused when we try to make his ways our ways. We are to follow him and emulate him, not change him into someone we want to follow and obey.

He didn't want them the people to just come to him for physical healing only. If the word got out that he was in the area, the people would go nuts just for the physical stuff. He really wanted the people to listen to him more than get healed by him. The healing was temporary. The teachings were everlasting.

You read the whole Bible and you still ask something like this? Not likely. Read it again and again and again, if you are truly interested in answers. Otherwise find a new hobby. Baiting people to debate you is not your forte. You are not clever enough nor are you smart enough.

Read it again and this time read it with more of an open heart and mind.
