I think you should say to yourself : Now I wanna be a different ME.
You should change your diet and start eating and loving vegetables.Try to love them and eat them as much as you can, with big amounts,so that you will clean your body, then drink only distilled water, and start by walking in the morning, walking is the best exercise ever.
Eating vegetables is the fetest way to lose weight.
I wont tell you how much you need to lose, you will figure that out yourself while working on your new diet, good luck!

Consider a goal of 160 lbs. to start with. You need to consider your eating habits and an exercise program that fits your needs. I feel sure that someone has told you about being overweight and future health issues that you will encounter during your lifetime.
The older you become, without getting your weight down to a manageable level, the more heath issues you will have to battle. And that is not a place you want to go to. Good luck!

No, i dont go around calling people fat and i don't judge people. I'm trying to lose my belly from where i had 2 kids and it is very hard. Instead of eating breakfast in the mornings try this vitamin drink in the mornings called frusion smoothie made by dannon. It is really good and it has a lot of vitamins in it. It only has 3.5 grams of fat and it will also boost your energy level. Thats what i drink every morning. Good luck.

for your height,i would say your just a little on the heavy side.just exercise and watch what you eat.for your height,i would say you need to be around the low 100s.
