No, age is not important (but that only goes for the people say 17 and up) It is how you feel towards that person. They say love is blind, and I believe that. I myself am living proof that age does not matter I am 35 and my fiance is 22 now that is a pretty good difference but we love each other dearly and have been together for almost 2 years. I hope that this helps you out just a little

It depends on the ages in question. A 60 year old can date a 40 year old, but a 40 year old probably shouldn't date a 20 year old because of the difference in life experience.
And certainly anyone over 20 should not be dating anyone 16 or under.

It really depends on your age. There is quiet a difference when you are talking 14 to 18, but there isn't when you are talking 21 to 25 or 30 to 40. It also depends on how mature the people involved are!

To me...A year or two difference isn't that important .. but I think if the age difference is 5 years or higher between the two people ... thats a problem.

yes i think it is very important. if your say...20 and the person your dating is 15 thats not a good relationship. becasue they are 15 they havnt expeienced much in there life...thnk...15 is pretty young and i have lived 5 more years of events and have 5 more years of knowledge than them. i belive its best to date someone around your age with no more than a 3 years difference and if your both over 28 i think its ok to date at the most 7 years apart

Age is just a number! whats most important is the person's state of mind and a kind heart!

Never! Unless it is illegal, like a person under 18 dating a person over 18. And that only matters in my opinion because someone could go to jail and that would suck!

This all depends, if you are 18 or over and she isn't even 16 yet, then yes to her parents it does matter. But if you two really love each other, like you would get marry today no matter what... then no it doesn't matter. But I highly doubt you two really love each other, sorry.
