Im on a search to find out which city/state has the quickest flights to London England. I know that flights from Chicago take about 7 hours, is there an airport with a quicker route, or shorter distance?

Halifax. 5h, 30m to London's Heathrow airport. It's not a (US) state, but you did also say which city, and included Chicago in your question so I assumed you meant North America. Flights to London travel in a northeasterly arc up towards Iceland, then back down to the UK, so the more northeast you go in North America, the shorter the flights to the UK are.

Boston Logan International Airport.

Boston is the closest big US city from Europe.

flights to london from chicago tend to be around 7.5 hours. If flying to LHR, from NY, you can cut travel time by one hour.
