Ok I have a 3 year old daughter and a seven weeks old son. HUsband works long hours (drives truck, so no set ours) I have house work feedings and errands, son is still up every 2-3 hours at night to eat. and up by 7 with daughter. Now Im going back to online college, and start CNA classes next week to get experance for when I become an RN. Trying to get work outs in there to lose this baby weight (which i do with daughter to spend some time with her) and attend to both kids all the time. What do i do to not wear my self out to the point I get sick..?

Set yourself a daily schedule and stick to it as best as you can. Start with getting up and doing the morning routine with breakfast, getting dressed, etc. Then run your errands in the morning and alot yourself an hour or two. Put time in for doing one load of laundry a day and doing dishes. Have your daughter "help mommy" on errands and laundry. It's easier to entertain them when they are "helping" and knowing that they get to do stuff too. My boys were like that. It makes grocery shopping, paying bills, and dropping off mail so much easier. They like helping with the laundry now...as much as a 5 and 7 y.o. can like it.
Anyway, put some time in for your workout. You'll just have to play with it and fine tune it the first few weeks until you get accustomed to it.
If you're breast feeding, maybe your hubby can't help at night. Maybe when he is home, you can pump a bottle or two for the night shift and tell hubby you gotta have some help and...have at it. You gotta do something for yourself to keep sanity and stress levels at a low. Excercise is great and I wouldn't want to give it up.
good luck
