well I'm a hunter so it wouldn't be much diff-rent than cutting up a deer. you're gonna want to hang it by the back legs. you need very sharp knives and hacksaw start at the legs cut around the skin till you see meat under pull the skin down scraping it with a knife so it pulls easy. first thing after you get the skin off go for the tender loins right at the top of the ribs cut them out in 2 big strips. now you can quarter it take off the front legs first you can take out the bones and make chops or a few roast after you got the front legs move up to the ribs take emm off with the saw now ya have back legs you should easily see what to do with them leg of lamb or chops the neck can also be used just cut it the way you like. just remember keep the meat in the fridge for about a week let it age in the cold before you wrap in in butcher paper and freeze. youre gonna need a good block to cut up the meat on as you are going you will see how the get the meat off it isnt to hard. remember to to have a good bucket ready for the guts and be very carefull when you are cutting out the intestines and bladder try not to pop any of the glands down near the bladder it will make the meat taste bad unless ya have a water hose ready. have fun save all the scrap meat for a stew

Why do you have to butcher it yourself? That is so cruel, why don't you go to a butcher? I would look into that part of yourself that you could slaughter an innocent creature which is creepy. I could not eat something I saw walking around just minutes ago.

How barbaric! Get some much needed help.
