In their congregations, when they greet each other, are they trying to pierce through the mask to dig up the dirt and label each other hypocrites "not true Christians"?

When a Pope during WWII remains absolutely passive while Jews were being gassed, when Anglican bishops and catholic priests in Rwanda actively cooperate with the genocide is it enough to say that they were "not true Christians" and keep doing business as usual?
Isn't this the same argument Communist sympathizers used in reference to Stalin, Mao, Castro, Pol Pot when they claimed that they were "not true Communists"?
But doesn't the fact that your Religion or Ideology fostered so many monsters have enough weight of itself to raise serious doubts about the soundness of the general belief?

They are NOT true Christians, but they are more powerful than the silent majority of Christians who are not in position to oppose them.

Yes, a lot of Christians are so concerned with "being an example" that they care more for appearances than the truth about their lives.

WOW. So much anger! Since I was not alive during WWII etc. and have never been in a position of power, I cannot answer for what those people did. The world has fostered many monsters- from all religions and peoples. What has someone done to you to make you feel so bitter and angry? I am truly sorry that that has been your experience. When I enter my church, I am not trying to pierce through anything, just glad to be gathering together with other imperfect people who are trying to improve themselves. I have no desire to "dig up dirt" on anyone, as I have plenty of things that I have done that I am not too proud of. I pray that you can be free of the anger that is eating you up, and making you feel so miserable. Peace be with you.

If anyone is doing that--they have to repent for not loving people right where they are. All of us are sinners, and God loves us all just the same. The phrase being "born again" is just like starting all over as baby Christians and allowing the Lord to clean us up of our worldly ways a little bit at a time. It doesn't happen overnight and sometimes strongholds take a while to get rid of--but if you have a right heart--God knows.

It relies upon if the guy is a real Christian or no longer. Take this as an occasion. man or woman #A says he's a Christian. He says this via fact his mom and dad raised him a Christian. yet in actuality, each and every night he is going out and events, gets inebriated outta his innovations, curses like a sailor, sleeps with a sparkling female each and every couple of night, does no longer have self belief that Christ grew to become into resurrected, by no skill prays, and by no skill takes area in communion. yet by no skill-the-much less, daily he is going to artwork and if somebody askes, definite, he's a Christian, to which i visit respond, no, he's not a Christian. Now, you may think of me judgmental for asserting this yet we Christians have this subject referred to as the Bible and this Bible tells us, as Christians, what we ought to continuously do and what we ought to continuously no longer do. And once you do what the Bible says you ought to no longer do with the slightest draw back or any say from a feeling of right and incorrect that sorta makes you no longer a real Christian. yet as quickly as I hear that he's making an attempt to align himself with the Bible than he has develop right into a real Christian.

huh? No, I don't hug anyone in Church just to find someting wrong with them. Even we true Christians know that we are just sinners saved by the grace and mercy of God. Christians who are Christians in name only know who they are.

I could care less if other people think I'm a "true christian" or not. I don't need anyone's validation.
