well have you tired training pads(for ur dog ) when u go to bed leave one down and he will smell something off it and say in his mind ohhh smells like i should do the loo here or take him out right before you go to bed and don't give him anything to eat or drink after 6 pm it worked with my dog trust me if u don't choose this as a best answer at least try it if all else fails.please.

Crate training would be a good option. Also regulate his water intake. Take the water away about 3-4 hours before bed time. A long walk would be very beneficial also. Don't just let him out in the yard because he'll play, or lie down or whine to get back in. Take a bit of time and take him for a walk to do his business.

At his age he should be able to hold his bladder any where from 8-12 hours. (though not a healthy option). If he's suffering from some kind of sepration anxiety for of thing, consider getting him a doggy bed and letting him sleep in the room with you. Or outside your room in the hall way.

Give him is OWN place, his own santuary to go to sleep.

Good Luck

Well, its quite natural. Before you go to bed take the dog out
for a walk. You cannot afford to be lazy otherwise you will be
wiping the floor every morning. We all go through this phase
if we want to keep a dog.

Get him a crate. It will protect your home, and he won't want to wee in his home.

Hi
Try crating him or take him to your room and put him out when he looks for a place to pee.
