Drink Ensure... start out drinking 2 cans a day and try to work out with weights..then work yourself up to 3 and try to drink at night.. I was always too skinny growing up. I discovered this when I was in my early 20's and couldn't believe the results I would get.. and fast

I gained weight by drinking ensure's with each meal don't over do it. I did it for about 2 weeks and it worked! Good luck!
