Polish sausage in jarred Sweet and Sour sauce
Polish Sausage in jarred Grape Jelly
I know, they sound weird, but they are really good.

Slice the sausage into small disks, put into microwave safe dish, pour sauce or thinned jelly over them - heat till warm.

If it's a fancier party, you can shrimp cocktail, shrimp wrapped in bacon, scallops wrapped in bacon, and fondue.
