weird Painful pin pricks all over the body?

symptoms:
Dizzy
headache
painful pins all over the body
ears are inbalance
gassy stomach
diarrhea if i ate a full meal
numbness when i carry my leg fora while
Doctor say my Eosinophils are high ( i have a history of Eczema)is this the cause of why i am having the pins and needles or is this something else?

the symptoms of pins & neddles all over u r saying are indicating towards neuritis & neuralgia may be all symptoms could be related to diabetes have ur blood sugar checked fasting & post meal both. The vertigo & dizziness may be due to either high blood pressure but the imbalance points to vertigo due to some affection of 8 th cranial nerve. But again this may be due to Diabetes , Gasssy stomach & diarohea again points to autonomic dysfunction may be again due to diabetes .so get tested for Diabetes & blood pressure .

Not to be an alarmist, but any time I hear someone refer to pins and needles and numbness, I think of multiple sclerosis, which can also cause several of your other symptoms.

Most of the symptoms are vague and could be caused by numerous conditions or even multiple conditions. Start with your primary doctor for comprehensive blood work, then consult a neurologist, gastroenterologist and otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose & Throat).
