This would sure be an interesting project! I don't think there would be a way to run the game completely on the oscilloscope. You'd need to run the game logic from a computer (or similar device) and output a signal that represents the game state on the oscilloscope screen. This is of course how most game systems work (you plug them into your TV). You're TV and oscilloscope actually have a lot in common! Anyway, it's a cool idea, I've never heard of anyone trying this before.

It will be very difficult to do. You will have to generate both the vertical and horizontal sweep voltages as well as build the shapes on the screen. i don't know of a nice easy way to get the job done.
