Are there any at home remedies that works for worms for my dog?

For some of the most common worms, you can get the worming pills from the grocery store, but you need to know what kind of worm you're dealing with. I wouldn't even try any home remedies, worming pills aren't very expensive.

There is a home remedy I found on the internet, but I have no idea how well it works...Says it gets rid of most internal parasites, including tape worm, hook worm and roundworm.

It calls for ginding dried pumpkin seeds in a blender or processor untill fine, and then sprinkling over the regular food.
It says it gets rid of most worms.. It says to feed 1/2 teaspoon for small cat or dog, up to one full teaspoon for large dog. Do not use salted ones...(you will find pumpkin seeds in the Mexican spices section, or a health food store.)

Parsley water - put one bunch of fresh parsley in one quart purified water, bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes. Let cool. Throw out parsley. Give one tablespoon of parsley water per 10 pounds of body weight to your animals once or twice a day.

In order to rid your dog of worms, your vet would prescribe what is essentially a pesticide that your dog would ingest (or be injected with). The parasite would die and be expelled from the dog. You can try this on your own, but safety is important here. I'd go to the vet and let him treat the problem safely and effectively.

I wouldn't trust home remedies but that's just me.
