It all depends on what kind of pimple u have and how long u let i swell up. U get a pimple from a clogged up sweat gland. So now u have stinky, smelling sweat building up in there making the pimple get bigger. Leaving girls to say...(u don't want to hear this but...) "EW!! Is that like a ZIT on UR FACE!!?" So the sooner u pop it the better ur rep. will be and it won't smell so bad.

They could be infected. Keep you skin clean with Phisoderm. Wash it three or more times a day and cut down on the bacteria on your face. Drink at least six glasses of water a day, eat fruits and vegetables and no fried foods or junk.

Because of the bacteria inside of them. Some let out gases and others do not.
