to have a cure, you have to know the cause. Take the dog to a vet as it could be flea allergy, mange, roundworm or several other things. Nobody can see your dog or cyber diagnose on here.

He needs a vet check to rule out skin parasites.
If its flea allergy then its treatable using flea products plus changes to diet and environment. Its called 'stress related excema' and one of the stresses that triggers it are flea bites. But diet and other allergies can also cause it.
You might have to change his bedding to plain cotton. Boil wash the sheets once a week with no powder or conditioner.
You may also want to try one of the the low allergy diets. A good one is tinned sardines, cooked rice, cooked spinach and carrots.
The rate is 1 tin (60g) fish per 20kg bodyweight per day, plus a tablespoon of each veg plus enpough rice to fill him up. Use that for a month then you can try gradually switching to plain unbasted dog biscuit in place of the rice. Take this in to your vet when you go and see what they say.
You should notice an improvement after 1 month.

It could be anything, not even a vet could diagnose this without seeing it. Exzema (spelling?) & ringworm spring to mind, but take him to a vet for a proper diagnosis which you need before trying any cures.

It could be alot of things. Mange, yeast infection, allergy. All would have different treatments and your vet can diagnose the issue.
