Yeah I don't really know. Do you mean like growing in your faith or phisically growing? If you are asking if your faith is stronger then you grow physically then indirect but I don't understand the wording of this ?

I think it's a flawed question, but I'll try to answer.

If by "spiritual growth" you mean self-examination, reflection, questioning, etc., then I'd say that personal growth is in direct proportion to spiritual growth.

If by "spiritual growth" you mean following a religion that someone else invented, but still using your own critical thinking, then I think that personal growth can be in direct proportion to spiritual growth.

If by "spiritual growth" you mean unquestioning adherence to the tenets of a religion that somebody else invented, then I think personal growth and spiritual growth will both DECREASE. I don't consider mindless obedience to be any kind of "growth."

As I like to say - unquestioning obedience is for slaves.

I would say that the spiritual growth of a person has the effect of making one a better person outwardly so it seems to be in direct proportion.

I find that, with each additional french fry consumed (that adds to personal growth), spiritual growth is somewhat retarded. There would appear to be an inverse relationship.
( delta mass proportional to 1/delta spirit , no constant derived)
Otherwise, I'm not sure how to answer the question...

Yes, there is a correlation between the two - when you grow spiritually, you want to become a better person. I think though, that spiritual and personal growth come from adversity - how you deal with it and learn from it and apply it to your life.

Personal growth is dependant on spiritual growth, and spiritual growth is dependant on personal growth.

It just depends on your definition of 'spiritual growth'. For me, it is simply the willful act of learning and acknowledging the symbols that define the story of our lives, and letting them influence our lives as we better understand them. No need for a supernatural, just the symbols and the awareness that the human mind works in symbols.

spiritual growth will directly influence personal growth. In christianity it is said that the Holy Spirit will come to us and teach us and guide us. This affacts personal growth on how to stay away from sin by surrendering to the Son of God who is Jesus Christ whom died on the cross for the sins of the world.
