You need to file all missing returns. Though for any year prior to 2003 any refund you would have coming is gone. You have until April 15th 2007 to file the 2003 return in order to get the refund for that Tax year. Get that one in as soon as possible.
If you need your income information you can call the IRS and request that transcripts of your W2 information be sent to you for the missing years. If you have access to a fax machine they can fax this to you as long as it is a dedicated fax line.
To get the prior year forms and instructions go the IRS web site
http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/article/0,,id=98339,00.html to download and print the forms.

that is a trouble-free case of following the practise the IRS gave you. because you have not filed your 2006 go back, i'm exceptionally effective you've received various letters from the IRS informing you of this challenge. contained in the letter, the IRS especially will allow you to recognize the position to deliver your 2006 returns.

You can and should file returns for any years when you didn't, if you were required to file in those years. Even if you weren't required to file, you can if you had income.
You can only get refunds back if you file within three years after the date you should have filed. Any refund older than that is lost.

Contact the IRS and/or H & R Block. If I m not mistaken you need to be sure and file for any years you have not filed or they claim they have not received. In most cases, if the IRS owes you and you have other years that you owe, they will apply that amount to the year you owe.

really does not matter....especially if they OWE
then face interest and penalties...IRS owes them
they will not get interest since THEY did not file
and it is their fault.
