I took elimite friday night before I went to bed. And I understand that I could still be itching for another month. But what's worrying me is that I start itching at a place that looks like a new bump. And I heard that there's not supposed to be any new bumps 24-48 hrs after treatment. HELP! And I want to go ahead and take another treatment but I heard that ur not supposed to over treat. Thanks for your help.

I bought a dilapidated house, and caught something while working on it. The doctor first thought it was scabies, but it ended up being fleas.

Anyway, I learned a bit about scabies in the process. I understand it's not enough to take the meds. You have to clean all your clothes, throw away your sheets, wash your bed coverings, vacuum.

Anything you came in contact with could re-infect you if you don't totally clean house.

Sorry, man. This is a pain in the ***.

The proper treatment of asthma is to build up the strength of the lungs. Unfortunately too many people rely on inhalers which are an effective quick-fix, but, in the long run make the asthma worse. 1) Avoiding allergens. 2) Cayenne pepper. (It opens up the lungs, in order to get more oxygen in, and at the same time relaxes them from hypersensitivity.) 3) Fenugreek Tea is great for calming coughs and in the overall healing of asthma.) 4) Eating fish because it contains EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids) that help the body strengthen and heal. It also aids the body in dealing with stress. 5) Fruits that are high in Vitamin C (such as tomatoes, oranges, and other citrus can help ward off infections that can exacerbate asthma. Curing asthma can be done naturally because I have done it myself. I have not had use for an inhaler in seven years. If I feel a wheeze coming on, which doesn't happen as often anymore, and usually at night in the Autumn, I use a Cayenne based hot sauce first, spread a little icy/hot on my chest and back, heat up some Fenugreek tea to inhale and drink, then take a hot shower. That clears it right up.

Usually one treatment will work. If it does not it can be repeated in 14 days. Since this is a prescription medication your doctor should have explained this all to you. Meantime I wonder if some of this is your imagination which is entirely possible. Relax, you have been treated and have the option to retreat. Keep in mind you get scabies from other "people" not from objects.

Scabies is a mite (parasite microscopic insect) its much like crabs.. if its reocurring likely you still have some around the house (bed?) and havent gotten rid of em yet.. burn the bed and the pillows and blankets perhaps? likely they are infested..
