please no judgement. But I smoke herb and listen to relaxing music. Just wondering how everyone else does. I know some people have a hard time relieving stress.

Hey, more power to you. I think it should be legal anyway but that's another post lol. I meditate, smoke cigs(trying to quit tho), have sex ;) listen to good music or exercise. I try to do all of this everyday for my mental health .......lol.

I sleep and drink coffee. My spiritual study habits help too. Oh!....and I pet my cats. They seem to help me forget what's stressing me out at least for a moment.
