I have a job which requires me to sit at the computer for long periods of time, and after a couple of years my posture has begun to reflect this. Even when I try to stand as straight as I can, my spine is still a bit slouched. I would like to know some practical, non-surgical ways to remedy this problem. Constructive responses are appreciated.

Maybe you could go to a spine specialist to have a brace made that you could wear under your clothes
