Squeezing a pimple which is no matured (i.e which has not formed a pus filled head) is not advisable, as this will cause the infection to spread deeper into the skin. It is better for the spot to mature and then you can safely burst it by using a sterilized needle, and then applying some antiseptic cream on it to prevent the infection from spreading.
Most spots will heal after a few weeks or so. It is better to use antibacterial cleansers and facial washers which can prevent spots from forming in the first place. If you have plenty of spots it is better that you see your GP.

Your acne will get worse if you keep squeezing. What will happen is that you will spread infection (even with clean fingers) and you will risk pushing stuff deeper into your skin. You also risk scarring the pore walls where you will end up having a pore that the oil will not drain out of naturally and you will get a zit in that spot over and over. Not to mention the pits and dark marks you will get from squeezing. ---Find some kind of hobby or something to do with your hands to keep them off your face. Also, don't get 2" from the mirror and start obsessing about your zits. Nobody else is going to notice as much as you do. ----Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, and if the problem continues, see your family doctor or a dermatologist.

Don't pick them. Don't pop them. If you have a mild case of acne then just keep your face clean and let your body do what it does. If your case is worse than average I would consult a doctor for medications or creams that may help your condition.
No matter what though, DO NOT MESS WITH THEM!!!
They will get worse and eventually leave scars. That will suck worse than a few pimples now.

Never squeeze your pimples put toothpaste on them. If it begins to sting a little then the pimple is drying out. If it does not sting wipe of the toothpaste and leave it along. Most of the time when you have a pimple on your face (those who just have the occassionl bump up) leave it along for two-three days and it will go away. Never pop them it leaves marks on your face.

I used to pop them when they get ready to break. The sooner they are gone, the better. But I try to prevent them in the first place.
