I would say when, he is not of the tribe of Judah, wears a black suit,daft hat, a mad twisted beard and often stinks of body odour. When he is money greedy and unscrupulous, unsociable and parasitic as already has been wisely said in one good answer. When he is afraid of being questioned due to not having a damn clue as to what the hell he is about,so deletes the questions ! And,when he refuses to see that Jesus of Nazareth WAS THE Messiah,so who he is waiting for isn't going to arrive. Thanks all !!

So how do you explain the fact that Jesus, Mary, Moses and a whole heap of biblical figures were Jewish, numbnuts? Do you refuse to read the Bible because it features Jews in a positive light?! You make no sense, although i don't know why i'm surprised ...

Socialogically.a Jew is a Jew if the mother is Jewish,being a matriarchal society.This makes sense as a man knows his mother,the father can always be debatable,though I doubt that the poser of this question had one?!

Well a person can be born of the Jewish nation but not be of the Jewish faith and vice versa.
