You'll have to wait until they open, I guess. On your statement, is there a phone number for the ATM company? You can report it there, maybe. If it's a VISA debit card, you can call VISA and report it.

You call customer service, such as Bank of America's customer service line is 800-432-1000. You talk to a rep and report it stolen. Unless you're with a dinky tiny credit union or a tiny no-name bank, their customer service 800 number is normally staffed 24/7/365.
